Financial Statements and Bookkeeping
We offer business owners GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) based
Income Statements, Balance Sheets, journal entry and general ledger accounting, as well
as basic bookkeeping service. Custom financial reports for internal managerial use are
available as well.
Sales (Use) Tax Preparation
Many businesses sell goods at retail and must report sales and file a use tax return
with the California Board of Equalization. We provide full service sales tax preparation,
and keep clients informed of use tax changes and reporting requirements as their business grows.
Payroll Services
Your payroll is handled with care and confidentiality. We use state of the art,
high security laser printed checks and offer electronic filing of federal and state returns.
Income Tax Preparation and Tax Planning
No one wants to pay more tax than necessary. We assist with tax planning strategies to
allow you to pay the absolute minimum tax required by the IRS and Franchise Tax Board.

Free Services for Clients
We offer many free services to clients, such as obtaining a Federal Employer
Identification Number (FEIN). If you are comfortable using the Internet, and
can follow the IRS instructions, you can obtain a FEIN yourself at: www.irs.gov
Tax Audit Representation
While we seek to minimize tax audits, we offer clients full tax audit representation
for all tax audit and tax compliance issues.
