We have been in business in Contra Costa since 1989, starting in Oakley, California and moving to Alamo in 1995. By listening and understanding our clients concerns, and delivering high quality service, we have experienced strong and steady growth. We tailor our service solutions to fit our client’s needs.
We offer tax preparation for all businesses (C Corp’s, S Corp’s, Partnerships and Proprietors) as well as Trusts and Estates. In addition, we offer monthly or quarterly financial statements, sales tax return preparation and payroll service. Our payroll service includes all California state and federal tax forms and year end W2 and W3 forms. We also offer additional services to clients such as filing to form a new incorporation.
